All Users can see, edit, or delete such User profile Personal Data at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Data which we require for order processing and warranty will be stored by us in accordance with legal storage and verification obligations.

ECOMMERCE PLATFORM – WOOCOMMERCE

JAY PARTS USA Inc. uses Woocommerce for its eCommerce software platform on which the Service executes and interacts with the User. If an account is created or an order placed with JAY PARTS USA Inc., then Personal Data is contained within the Woocommerce system. This data is retained indefinitely to facilitate the effective management of customer accounts by JAY PARTS USA Inc.

COMMUNICATION – EMAIL
Any part of the information related to an order or account with JAY PARTS USA Inc. could be contained in the email of any number of our employees. This information could include Personal Data along with order information or any other information related to your transaction. JAY PARTS USA Inc. subscribes to an email service from Microsoft named Office 365 Outlook, and has a three-year email retention policy in effect.

COMMUNICATION – MAILCHIMP
The Mailchimp platform is used to send email to individuals who have subscribed to receive email communications. The communication managed by Mailchimp include order acknowledgements, abandoned cart notifications and welcome campaigns.

COMMENTS – REVIEWS ON WEBSITE
When Users leave comments on the Website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the User’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.  An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).
