We understand the difficulty in finding the right parts for your machine. We are also happy to assist you in finding the correct products for your vehicle. Should it nevertheless happen that you have bought the wrong part, JAY PARTS USA Inc. offer a return for products within 30 days of the original purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you have an item you believe to be defective returning items for warranty replacement, please use our WARANTY FORM.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure you comply with the following:

  • All returns must be in original packaging and in new, unused, resalable condition.
  • Be sure to include all parts and hardware. No credit will be issued on used or incomplete parts!
  • Be sure that return form is filled completely and don’t forget a copy of your invoice.
  • Returned item must be inside another box. Any item that requires repackaging in order to make it resaleable will have a packaging fee deducted from the refund.
  • All returns will have a 15% restocking fee.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days of ship date.
  • No returns on special order items. There will be no reimbursement on shipping.

Ship items along with a copy of complete filed RETURN FORM and a copy of your invoice to JAY PARTS USA Inc. prepaid and insured. JAY PARTS USA Inc. is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.

Please allow 7-14 days for processing. Returns that are not accompanied by a proof of purchase and this return form completed will be delayed in processing.

NOTE: Credit will not be issued for items that are used, and not in original packaging- No exceptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Made-to-order products
  • Special order products

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



Certain conditions and exceptions may be applied to our return policy. For example, should we make a mistake or ship the wrong item, that is on us, no additional fees shall apply. Please be so kind and contact our Team Please keep until a JAY PARTS USA Inc. team member has contacted you.

Returns for products Damaged in Shipping

Be sure to inspect your packages for any damage at time of delivery. If damage is visible, please DO NOT refuse the package as it will be considered as an Unauthorized Return. Instead, open the box and check if the product(s) is damaged as well. If there is a damage to the product itself, please take a few photos of the damaged product and the packaging and email them to us at . Please keep until a JAY PARTS USA Inc. team member has contacted you.
Make sure to keep the original packaging for inspection and investigation. We are not able to accept claims for shipping damage if the original packaging has been discarded.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment that was used or we send you a voucher, depends on the selection you did on the return form.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account / credit card balance / PayPal balance again.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. When returning items for warranty replacement, please use our WARRANTY FORM.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returned items unless an exception is approved by JAY PARTS USA Inc. Customer Service prior to the return.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Changes in Return Policy

We reserve the right to change or update our Return Policy without any previous notice. Be assured that the listed policy at the time of your purchase will apply, even if our policy is revised after your purchase.
