The sleeves and seal cups are made of hardened stainless steel, only the best is good enough for our claim!
PE-GL with oil additive was used for the bushings as a wear-resistant material. The O-ring in the stainless steel sealing cap seals against dirt and water.

One Kit is for both sides rear (left and rigt side) and contains:
 6 sleeves
12 seal cups (pre-assembled with O-rings)
 4 sleeves with seal cup (pre-assembled with O-rings)
12 bushings small
 2 bushings big

Installation Instruction for JAY PARTS Bushing & Sleeves kits

Do not hit the bushings with a hammer!

Use plenty of grease during installation, i.e. apply it to the bushings beforehand.
During subsequent greasing, apply grease only until the grease gun detects the first resistance. The grease must not leak out!

The bushings fit exactly and the O-rings seal against water and mud, therefore the grease cannot leak out! If you apply grease more than until you feel first resistance, you will blow up the bushing.
